Terms & Conditions

Quotations

1. This quotation is valid for 30 days ONLY.
2. Upon acceptance of the quotation, a 50% deposit is payable in order to place an order for the goods stated herein.
3. Should a cancellation occur after placing the order, a 10% cancellation fee will be applicable on the total value of the order.
4. The total outstanding balance is to be paid strictly C.O.D or the amount must reflect in the account of Euro Commercial Refrigeration (Pty) Ltd before stock is to be released or delivered.
5. The delivery date is 14 working days for manufactured products and larger orders.

Invoices

No claim will be recognised after 24 hours of receipt of goods.
There will be a 10% cancellation fee on all orders.
Goods remain the exclusive property of the seller and are sold on a suspensive condition up until the point the goods are paid in full.
Items are to be returned in original packaging and in a resalable condition within 48 hours from date of invoice to be eligible for a refund.

Delivery and Collection

How long does delivery take?

Upon payment confirmation, whatever products are not in our warehouse will be ordered immediately. Delivery to our showroom is usually one business day, and your order will be delivered the following day. Please Note! Refrigeration is between 4 to 7 days depending on availability and Custom-made items like steel tables, Sinks and extraction equipment requires 10 to 14 business days. As always, we strive to keep stock on hand and will always keep you informed of Deliveries and time schedules.

What areas do you deliver to?

Euroshop Equipment is situated in Pretoria. We will deliver to any area within 50km Radius of our showrooms.

When Is Delivery Free?

Delivery is only free if the order is above R10 000.00 and within a 50km Radius of our showrooms.
If you are outside of the 50km Radius, then standard courier fees will be added to the cost of your order.

What are the Delivery Costs?

If the Order is Below R10 000 and within the 50km radius The delivery charges are as follows:

Pretoria: R185 excluding VAT
Johannesburg and surrounding areas: is R380 excluding VAT.

Courier Fees are calculated depending on your location in South Africa.

12 MONTH GUARANTEE ON ELECTRICAL.
12 MONTH GUARANTEE ON MECHANICAL LABOUR.
3 MONTH WARRANTY ON SPARES REPLACED. TRANSPORT IS EXCLUDED IN GUARANTEE.

Returns

Items can be returned within 48 hours from date of invoice. We require that it is still in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. We will refund the money within 24hrs after receiving the item. Dear customer, if the 48 hr grace period has passed and you still wish to return the product, it must be within 7 days of the invoiced date, and a 10% handling fee will then charged as this is what we are charged when sending it back to the supplier. Please note we will not return a product after this period as it is considered second hand and our suppliers will not allow us to return the product.
